Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please choose carefully as all purchases are non refundable however we do want you to be happy with your purchase, where a credit note will be offered for all items except for items of personalisation. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@moodethelabel.com and we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. All items will be sent back at the buyers expense, with tracking.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Personalised Products
All personalised items are made to order and therefore are unable to be returned or refunded unless faulty on delivery. Once an order has been fulfilled and delivered, it then becomes non returnable or refundable. We highly recommend following the care card to ensure all personalised products remain in the best condition for longer.
